Each Memento Charm Necklace is made-to-order!

As an independent craftsperson, I am not able to keep every piece in stock at all times. My focus is on creating unique, personalized jewellery that reflects your individual story. Your Memento Charm Necklace will be crafted specifically for you, and as such, it may take up to two months to complete. Once your order is placed, I will reach out via email to confirm the expected timeline for your piece.

PLEASE NOTE WHEN ORDERING: Due to limitations of the website platform, each charm must be added to your Shopping Cart separately. The chain for the necklace should be added once (with the first charm), and the remaining charms can then be added without the chain.

I understand this isn’t the most convenient system, and I will update it as soon as the platform allows.

Each one of my jewellery pieces is handmade. Due to the wonderful nature of hand-crafted items they are not all the exact same, in contrast to machine-fabricated jewellery.

This means that sometimes the picture seen on my website will not look precisely the same as the piece you receive in the mail.

Most of my customers treasure this unique feature and enjoy the idea of owning a special item carefully produced by a craftsperson.

This piece may contain elements that will be damaged if a chemical cleaner is used. To prevent the piece from tarnishing make sure to store it in a sealed container, such as a jewellery box. This will keep it from oxidizing in the open air.

If the piece does begin to tarnish, please use a polishing cloth to gently clean it.
